Pathetic service

Most pathetic service provider today is the 1st my account has not been debited yet my services have been disconnected held on for close to 2 hours for someone to assist finally got a *** story about accounts not allocating data to my line ....must useless managers and staff In fact while accounts department should be reviewed give people jobs that know what they doing.....
