Pathetic service

Vumatel has monthly disconnection even upon paying advance they go offline for days as they are currently doing now.

Their customer services is pathetic..non existent more like it.

They don't give refunds on the off days of no fibre..no feedback.We used airtime and held on for more than 30 minutes.Who will reimburse the off dats..the airtime ?
