Pathetic service

Such poor customer service with regards to issues. Pay for a 50/50 and get an average of 10/17. Have reported on numerous occassions but to no avail. I must purchase a laptop to help them resolve the issue. Why? I pay for a 50mbps line. That's what they should provide. Sick of their cr**
