Pathetic Service

I honestly don’t where to begin. The service my dad has received from this ISP is honestly shocking. 2months without internet and they do nothing to help. I cancelled his service in December last year, the cancellation notice on the portal said the line would be cancelled 31st Jan 2024, the new ISP went out to connect my dad’s internet today and he was told that vumatel hadn’t released the line because Afrihost only cancelled the line 14hrs ago! Which I believe to have been early parts of this morning 1st of Feb 2024. Their WhatsApp chat serves no purpose as the agents cannot attend to urgent matters. I’m really disappointed in the service we have received. I’m currently fighting for 2months refund.
