Pathetic service

I placed an order to move my fibre line on the 28th of January. Today after getting no feedback I called afrihost only to find out that they had nvr placed the order with openserve. Order was then placed and within and hour was charged to active however no fibre was installed and the apartment has never had fibre. Since 1pm today I have been give the run around by afrihost and have been **** to by 5 consultants. I have been placed on hold only for the consultant to never return. This is pathetic and not even the manager returns emails
