Pathetic Service

<p>In Feburary 2016 I decided to change ISPs and I had been advised to move to Afrihost as they had good service and product. I was badly misinformed.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the word go I have had disgusting support service. It takes their support, on average, 3 - 7 days to respond to my queries and they have never been resolved. Support tickets get closed without making sure that they are actually fixed. My most current ticket was closed today after being open for weeks and was ignored by them for a week and then was closed without any kind of response.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I am paying for a 20Mbps VDSL line and for four months I have received between 0.12Mbps to 15Mbps. I signed up for them to manage my VDSL line since I know that dealing with Telkom is beyond a joke however I have still had to contact Telkom myself on numerous occasions to try get them to come out and fix my VDSL speed issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not recommend using Afrihost as an ISP, their service is absolutely pathetic. The only thing they are good at is failing to deliver any form of acceptable service and product.</p>
