Pathetic Service

<p>Good Day. For months now we at The Image Factor have been given the "run around" by Afrihost. Our so called Internet Service provider who provided nothing.</p> <p>We pay Afrihost an amount of between R4000 and R5000 for a 10MBS internet business line. Last month we were down with internet for almost 3 weeks. Finally the internet was sorted but to our dissappointment the line speed up until now does not even reach 3MBS.</p> <p>Sabelo who is a supervisor at Afrihost makes promises of sorting out issues and cannot deliver. My last email from Sabelo on the 8 June requested us to wait a weak for the line to be sorted out. It is now 21 June and nothing sorted yet. Not even a courtesy call from Afrihost to find out about the issues we have.</p> <p>Instead when you call Afrihost you are meant to explain the problem from the start again to a new person because you cannot speak to the person who has been handling your problem.</p> <p>Hopefully Mr. Gian Visser the CEO of Afrihost sees this story and responds. The staff will never let you have his email address.</p>
