Pathetic Service

Absolutely shocking service. On the 15th I app**** for a line. There was a need for a circuit release on the existing line. 22nd was the date for release and activation. I spoke to so many agents either on a call or WhatsApp. Multiple from technical, who all promise to call back and blatantly lie. i.e. Engene, Spamandla, Thabang, Comfort, Shantal. Currently on hold waiting for another technical person, 25 minutes and counting.
