Pathetic Service

I am absolutely disgusted by Afrihost.

It's been more than 3 months now and my mobile data is still not working. My initial complaint call was made in April.

I have spoken to the following people along the way:

12 May - Tumelo

17 May - ntlantla

26 May - Thuli & Keith

Kwanda - June

Ntabiseng June

I was told that Eric would call me back on three separate occasions and he still has not returned my call.

As it stands today, Afrihost mobile data does not work and I have changed my APN setttings as suggested by every person I speak to. I am not sure where the problem is, but this must be resolved by Afrihost.
