Pathetic service

I've been a customer of Afrihost for almost 5 years now more or less and been experiencing pathetic or no service this past few months. Logged calls and got reference numbers but absolutely no reply to my questions or faults. And no one can tell me why my internet is not working, so I'm thinking of cancelling everything and seek other alternatives.
