Pathetic Service

<p>ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I've been trying since Tuesday to get this resolved. 1. I upgraded my line to the 20/20 PureFibre. 2. You have confirmed 3 times with me it's done and have even invoice me pro-rata for this. 3. You have messed me around with reconfiguring my internet, rebooting my internet, shutting down my devices "to clear my cache" 4. Now after several follow ups my MYSELF you finally come back to me and tell me my line is not yet upgraded as SADV did not receive the reguest But let's mess around the customer, don't follow proper procedure, charge him for the higher package and then after ****ing off the customer tell him they don't have a timeline when it can be fixed. And while we are at it, let's be the most expensive ISP. ANYBODY looking for Fibre, Try Cool Ideas, Home Connect or Axxess .. They all provide cheaper fibre with better service.</p>
