Pathetic service

You people are pathetic. First you tell me you cannot debit me on the 25th after numerous requests. I mean which company cannot select a debit date. Then i change my method to cc and now im suspended. Useless does not begin to describe the absolute pathetic service. Your callcentre cannot transfer calls i must call again.
