pathetic service.

my internet just stopped working. Afrihost simply said they will log a call with Openserve. Unacceptable - I am working from home and need to have this fixed asap. Pathetic service. When calling their phone lines at 18h it said I can contact them on whatsapp, when contacting them there, the automatic response says that they can't help.
