Pathetic Service

All you have to do is look at all the bad reviews on this company on this site and see that they don't even bother responding to all these complaints!

We have been loyal cutomers and belivers of this company but its a sad day when you realize how far they have fallen. The support is a joke! Using whatsapp for communication is the most frustrating experience you will ever have. Followed by the uns****ed call centre agents' response to everything "reboot the router" will drive you insane.

We have all our business and home services with this company and will be moving promptly. Do yourself a favour and choose one of the other providers out there.

I have gone from trying to convince everyone to go with this company to moving everyone I know off from here.
