Pathetic Service

I just bought a new router and trying to get assistance from Afrihost.When i call their technocal support they say they wont be able to help me as they are extremely busy.I am a client and when chatting to them on facebook they dont offer much assistance or go the extra mile for their customers.I am thinking of cancelling and moving over to Telkom.You service is terrible
