Pathetic service

Long story short, I apply for Fibre in our estate, a week later I receive a router from Afrihost, wait two week for installation nothing happens I mail Afrihost for feedback. Elvirna from Afrihost support replies and notify me they will not be able to supply fibre due to another ISP have the contract in our Estate, She asked that I cancel the online order which I do. 10 minutes later I get sent an Invoice on mail for the router. I phone Afrihost to arrange collection for the router. 6 days later My account gets debited for the amount of the router. Phoned my bank to reverse the amount. Phoned Afrihost AGAIN to ask what is going on, Pikae from afrihost assist me just to confirm they do not have an address for collection of the router, supply them with the address AGAIN. REF: CFZ/758/38421 I'm really happy I do not have to deal with Afrihost anymore seeing that their service is really pathetic.
