Pathetic service

Another week has gone by and no installation done let alone a call back from an employer. I'm left in the dark and saddest part is that you're sitting with my money but you don't have the common decency to inform me of my order. This is officially the 7th week since payment processed for installation. Can you atleast give my money back so that I can go to another ISP???????????Your business sense are pathetic and you have no respect for your clients!!! Disgusted
