Pathetic Service

<p>i have recently signed up with Afrihost for a 10mbps package. The problem is i am only getting 6mbps.They have informed me that the call was logged with reference AH ********** 7-379767. They have advised that the problem has been resolved. The problem has still not been resolved and no one is calling me or getting back to me. i cannot pay for somethinng i am not receiving. i will be forced to cancell my service with you if i am not getting the service i am receiving. The service is really pathetic.</p>
