Pathetic service

<p>I am an existing client with afrihost and have always received great service up untill now.</p> <p>I placed an order for Fibre 3 weeks ago. After two weeks I received an email stating that they cant pickup my address. I sent them n google link, the physical address aswell as directions.</p> <p>After another week I followed up and the said again that they cant find my address...after this I phoned the sales department and was told Afrihost has been asking for my address and they never got it. I informed the consultant that they were lying as I had emailed it to them twice already! He said he would phone me back.</p> <p>Today I phoned the sales department again and again the consultant said they would phone back within the hour....I still have not received any calls and still without internet.</p> <p>This is the most pathetic service I have ever received! </p>
