Pathetic Service

I have requested installation for fibre via Afrihost since Feb'25. Zoom Fibre is the network provider. This is such pathetic service because they connect me but it was incorrect information they provided because they never confirmed with Afrihost what the correct setup or router is they need. I then had to reapply for a router from Afrihost and just plug in. Got the router then the fibre box is not the correct one. A call was logged with Zoom to install the fibre box and to date nothing, I call Afrihost continuously and no such luck. I am beyond frustrated as I urgently need my fibre connected. I have been going in circles and nobody seems to assist me. Afrihost can actually come fetch their router and I will look for a new service provider.
