Pathetic Non existent service

I have a fibre package with afrihost which has not been working since the 9th of November. I have called and emailed and called and still have no internet or no reply from them. I am currently on hold with their call centre for 45 minutes and still waiting. I even emailed the CEO to no avail. They didn't even log my fault the first time I called. Rep**** to my email 3 days later to say I am on a cheap package hence no internet. I pay R797 a month for a 20mg uncapped line but that is apparently a cheap package!!!
