Pathetic, Non existent, ****,

I am supposed to be a new client, however, being treated like nothing does sit well with me. We app**** for a new device effective 1 Aug. today is 3 Aug 16h06. and I have no service. I called this morning and asked that a team leader call me back so I can understand what is going on. Guess what. at 16h06. and NO ONe from Afrihost deams me important enough to return my phone calls. we are canceling this service.
