Pathetic no customer service Afrihost

Please do not use Afrihost. Pathetic is good for what we experience. They have duplicated our address an after a year decided to cut us off. Our account is paid monthly via debit order and up to date. We have had no internet for 4 days and are running an online business on the fibre. I have made 35 phone calls to try and get Afrihost to sort it out. The call centre staff is unable to solve this. When asking for a manager they tell you that they are not allowed to put it through to a manager or even give out a name. After serious pressure I got a manager to call me. Same attitude and no follow up. We will look into it and tough luck how long it takes. This company have no client service and do not care about clients. Stay away pathetic pathetic pathetic!
