Pathetic ISP_wireless Fibre line

Most Pathetic Fibre ISP Provider. Been struggling since 14th December 2020 they say staff is limited ect ect yeah yeah the back up standby staff was just lazy. Eventually on the 28th December 2020 money is demanded before installation can take place with the most ridiculous Company VumaReach gosh! Anyway line was installed. We tip the guy was very fast on the day even got here before the time... yes it was too good to be true! Ma'am your line will be up as soon as your ISPsends your username and password. Tuesday Day 8 still nothing I deceased to contact VumReach Directly via Facebook Messages because no one has answer no one can say what is really happening! Finally we up... line is active... what suppose to be a 40mbps line is a less than 10Mpbs line I have proof of speed tests. They blaming the walls tge fridge the microwave that blocks the network ...how ridiculous yes I have all my chats and calls all my sceenshots. They blaming the house. So you pay for a 40mbps line butvtgey only push out 10Mpbs we can't even watch a movie on our smart TV without it buffering. Let me tell you we had a 10MBpn with telkom and had much better speed with a bigger house of over 1009 M2 the 40Mbps line is at a smaller place and LESS effective. I can't even put the wifi up in my kitchen the room which is right next to the room where the wifi is placed. They do not provide an extender. They believe in a network cable so if you needing a wireless connection do NOT opt for Afrihost as they can't deliver! My sister has a 20mbps line with webafrica they provied the extender with NO buffering and their are more things connected on their router. You just want more and more but you can't handle the load.
