Pathetic ISP and no stability

1 star is way to high for this service review. Since the third party came to do the installation, afrihost confirmed router delivery today 23/01 after calling in 2 times last week en today again. Now they advised me this is incorrect. "Unfortunately this is incorrect as it was not yet confirmed by Warehouse.

I do see that it was escalated to them to be processed A.S.A.P. however due to the huge influx in workload, they have not yet processed it.

My apologies for the frustration caused, they should not have provided a false ETA."

I had to take off 2 days at the office to be at home and now one appeared.

They are always first to debit and now I not only had to waste company leave days but also no connection. Come monday my line is activated and I will have no router
