Pathetic internet

For the past year we've had dismal internet connectivity. I run a small Graphic Design studio (6 people connecting to the internet). Our speeds on a 4-10Mbps line seldomly are faster than 1Mbps (download), and what's more is that the connection drops so much that we have to revert to mobile data from expensive service providers to continue working. <br> We have logged this fault with Afrihost many times. Their support staff say they can see there is a \serious"problem on our line"
