Pathetic download speed & service

So my neighbor and I decided to get a shared wireless internet solution since both of us are business owners, and both of us are gamers. Afrihost seemed amazing for the first 2 months, after which they started throttling us to a point of little to no connectivity. Then a ticket was lodged by my neighbor(on who's name the account is registered), yet the problem only seems to disappear for 1 - 2 days, after which we are back to square 1. They then ask us to perform a series of speed tests to show what the problem is. We decide to do that, and then no response from Afrihost. This is an absolute joke. We pay good money for a poor service.

We are loyal customers, and before getting Afrihost for ourselves we promoted the company(to our own disappointment), but after seeing that the service is this poor, we will have to market another company, and drop Afrihost from our list of companies that we support.
