Pathetic customer support from Afrihost!

Haven't had Internet for 5 days now and each time we call Afrihost we are being told a different story! We are logging tickets but they are not being attended to, zero communication or updates and no sense of urgency to get us back online. This is really pathetic service! We are paying but we are not getting the customer service. Cancelling this service, they suck!
