Pathetic Customer Services by Afrihost - Fibre Install Reference: #VOJ-***7

App**** for Fibre Installation via Afrihost Client Zone on 6-Mar-2019.

Have to keep phoning and emailing support : ********** They seldom call back. When they do, they assure me Vumatel will come install.

Vumatel make an appointment with me but have the total wrong address which they say the get from Afrihost. Then Vumatel hands me over to PPI (Picture perfect installations) to do the Fibre Install. The make contact to say they are on their way but then Cancel because the address I supp**** in not in their Jurisdiction.

Afrihost, whould be doing all the co-ordination and get the address and location correct and update the client. They should NOT be handing me over to their Sub-Contractors Vumatel and PPI.

I am a AFRIHOST client - NOT a Vumatel and PPI client.

Do your job - plan and co-ordinate the Fibre install with your Suppliers and update me.
