Pathetic Customer service from Ayabulela G and Manager Anita M !!!!!!!!

Very rude *********** agents ..starting from support agents right to the Manager Anita M.Contacted her yesterday regarding my order which she explained backlog but promised to contact sdv n send me a written communication on email as to when sdv will call me n schedule installation .Anita M did not send email as discussed or even follow up with me instead i had to call her back the following day and was received by Agent Ayabulela G who was also very rude and told me Anita was busy with a client and she had said as far as shes concerened shes explained everything to me .I demanded to speak ro Anita n Ayabulele G put me on hold for 25 minutes which he later dropped my call .I called again and got put through to Anita and she had nothing to say about the promise she made the day before regarding the email instead she was rude down right rude and told me shes not my child .The service i have received from Afrihost is shockingly terrible and unproffesional .They make empty promises which thy do not keep too .I can tolerate such behaviour from an agent but as for their management its totally appauling to say the least .Why make promises and not keep to them or if what u promised cant be done the least is to communicate back to customer with feedback instead im treated the way i did after making a call with my own airtime ,hold for 25 minutes call gets dropped .What kind of proffesionalism is this .
