Pathetic customer service from Afrihost

My second router I orderred from them. First one was real quick and easy. Now this one I have been trying for two weeks to get a answer as to what is going on. No use logging a call or requesting call back as they NEVER call back. Called their tollfree nr and Fortunate Z said she would call me back within 15 minutes. 24 hours later and still no call. My wife also sent them a email and they called her back at 15:25 to tell her they are waiting for feedback from warehouse(which conveniently closed at 3). WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
