Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service and assistance from their helpdesk Nobody ever calls back. I registered a Domain through them. Only after paying I heard no now I have to subscribe to one of the hosting packages. The Windows Silver package. After subscribing another hidden surprise shows its face. Now I alsso have to subscribe to Wordpress and I have to load Linux onto my PC. This would have cost me a few thousand Rand more. Trying to cancel everything is even harder. No assistance from Afrihost helpdesk. I asked for the accounts department to call me back. No reaction from the accounts department either.
