Pathetic customer service, billed for a line that doesnt exist yet. NO HELP RECEIVED IN 4 WEEKS.

I have app**** for a new fixed line almost 4 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the line to be activated. Afrihost has been extremely useless in assisting me with getting this issue resolved. Initially the technical assistance, couldnt diagnose the problem, took 2 weeks to realise that the issue was wit the new line. They dont follow up or call you back. You are stuck with a stupid call me back service and the whatsapp help desk is utterly useless. You dont have access to Open Serve, they refused to give me any information on the status of the call logged with them. So now im billed for the month of June, but i dont even have a service. Pathetic service from Afrihost.
