Pathetic customer service and support

Terrible customer service recived. Keep being passed from pillar to post. Have ordered new fibre installation and it been 2 weeks whereby openserve tech has wrong address and can’t seem to resolve a simple admin task. Had the technician at my place for over 5 hours waiting for afrihost but to no avail. It just story after story
