Pathetic Customer Service

I really hate having to do this but here we are. I app**** for Vumatel internet via Afrihost 2 months back. Mweb is literally holding the line hostage. We have cancelled everything with Mweb. When we call they can't help. When we log query they just closed them. I've tried HelloPetering Mweb but guess what they don't care, which makes sense since they don't want you to leave and make it impossible to get internet with anyone else.

Afrihost billed me for installation but just passes the buck with no care at all. Afrihost + Vumatel are too apathetic to bother helping. They happy to take my money though...

Can someone explain to me how many more months do I have to wait to get internet to my house? How much longer will Afrihost + Vumatel allow Mweb to run amok like this?

Afrihost call center just says, "Sorry". Is there really nothing nobody can do to fix this situation? There has to be some manual override somewhere??
