Pathetic customer service

I have been battling with trying to get fibre installed in our cottage since the 14th of May. To date Afrihost has not been helpful in trying to resolve my query but was very quick to debit their money on the 25th of May, even though I do not have access to their services. I have pleaded numerous times for them to expedite the process on their end but all I get is "apologies for the inconvenience, we cannot call Openserve to speed up the process we can only send them messages on our system and wait for an update." This is unnacceptable, literally 3 days away from it being a month of me calling and calling and messaging and emailing them to get this resovled and to date I cannot get management to reach out to me to try and get this resolved. Appauling service and is truly so shocking and dissappointing.
