Pathetic customer service

Worst service I have ever received. I have been in communication with Afrihost regarding billing issues. Besides the details of the billing issues, the response and customer care is pathetic. I would like to direct this complaint to a so called supervisor named Kwanda. He has not delivered on any requests and promises made after multiple attempts. Such a pity as I have been so happy with Afrihost until my encounters with Kwanda. I will be cancelling all my packages with Afrihost as a result.
