Pathetic Customer Service

Almost a week no email. All our 4 domains suspended. We are told we are owing Afrihost which is not true and even after several consultants confirmed we are not owing still resolved. We have moved to another supplier but because Afrihost is not releasing our backup we cannot work. You call and get put on hold for ages, I was promised earlier today that it was being attended too. The managers / supervisors are also too important to take calls.
