Pathetic customer service

I called support, waited 16 minutes, someone answers and puts the phone down. Emailed support asking them to call me. Nothing. Next day I call back and get Kgothatso, what a joke. Zero help and when you want to speak to a manager you get the usual reply " they are all busy" They should be busy providing customer service!!!! ZERO internet joy at Afrihost, they are pathetic. The only dept that runs like clockwork is the billing dept, they are super quick to take your money and then they just dont give a **** about you anymore.
