Pathetic company!

The arrogance and utter uselessness from this company as a whole is 1st class! No fiber connection for 4 days and counting! They apparently don’t work on the 31st of the month. WhatsApp service, number and call return system was not functional for the entire afternoon and evening. The call centre agents blame the service providers and will not get proper feedback, yet I PAY AFRIHOST for a service! They take no ownership, could not be bothered with doing any work! If you use your fiber for any work related stuff I would advise you not to even consider them! I will be cancelling two contracts I have with them, immediately!
