Pathetic client service

Zero stars would be more suitable. Afrihost client service is disgusting! My fibre line has been down due to my router being broken for seven days and counting. I logged a call a week ago to get help, the agents who helped me on 11, 12 and 13 February had NO idea what they were doing. Finally on the Monday (13 February) an agent said its not frogfoot and it's the router that was the issue. I logged a call for a new router. The old broken router was collected 5 days there after AND no new router given. This is over 7 days of no internet. Every agent I speak to can't help, they just say "sorry for this inconvenience" as if this is helpful to me sitting for 7 days and counting with no service delivery of a product I pay a lot of money for!!!! When speaking to call agents, they disconnect the call. When chatting to agents via whatsapp they disappear and then a new agent pops in, I then have to start from scratch explaining my story and bad service. It is pathetic. I don't recommend afrihost to any one!
