Pathetic buck passing

I have or rather had, RAIN LTE-A through Afrihost. It became very slow on Friday morning and eventually stopped working. I have tried calling, whatsapping and emailing all to no avail. All u get if you get a response its that its RAIN's problem and they will escalate it. WRONG its your problem I pay Afrihost not RAIN. Useless Useless Useless. Careful dealing with these people because in the event of a problem there is NO support.
