Pathetic and unprofessional customer care by Afrihost

In spite of cancelling a contract with Afrihost the prescribed way and receiving written confirmation there of, Afrihost still presented the debit order for payment! It seems that Afrihost does this on purpose as Afrihost failed to respond to a request for a refund . Afrihost's customer care is pathetic as well as most unprofessional! Be warned!!
