Pathetic and disgusting

What a pathetic and disgusting service.Afrihost is making money out of the misery of their clients.I signed up for fibre only to find out the same strory of POPs of Vuma/Vumatel.I had to cancel due to the POPs not being available now they are charging me R999 for cancellation whereas the fault is with them and Vuma .Now they sent me a message that the courier company has been trying to get hold of me for the return of the router, so much lies, I never got any missed calls from anyone and why would I keep a router that is no use to me and on top of that the so called router was delivered a day after the cancellation what nonsense of a service is this?I am struggling to get a refund of my R289 that you usually pay when you sign up I've been sent from pillar to post with no updates.Afrihost I give you zero.I am soooo angry and disappointed.
