Pathetic and contradicting communication and no service

We’ve been with Afrihost for 3 years. Then we moved and asked them to activate the line at our new house. It’s still not active after almost 2 weeks. When they do reply they basically tell you wait 48 hours and then contact us again (Akshay no last name). They blame vumatel for their lack of service and don’t reply on questions asked. In the meantime my business is losing money and I’m spending a fortune on data. I will ensure that we abandon them very soon.
