Pathetic Afrihost service!!

After a disappointing experience with Telkom I thought that Afrihost would be able to make a difference in the broadband market. Unfortunately, what Ive experienced thusfar was a horrible experience. I made a big mistake with a delayed and slow service company. I placed my order on Thursday the 16th Jan 2020 and by the 20th Jan my bank account was debited for services. Openserve installed the line on the 21st Jan and I thought that Afrihost would deliver my router by the next day. According to the consultant I now need to wait till next Monday for a router. They slower than Telkom. I hate this lack of customer satisfaction. They satisfied with my payment and im left stranded. Pathetic!!!
