Pathetic Afrihost service

We were told by Afrihist that we would have our fibre lines installed within 2 weeks after having logged an order to transfer our fibre from one place to another. It has been 3 weeks and nothing has happened. The only response we keep getting from Afrihost is that they would get back to us after they get feedback from Openserve.

I work from home and have spent so much money on buying data because of empty promises.

Absolutely pathetic.
