Pathetic afrihost

I called an agent to to relocate my fiber and explained to her that im moving on the 8th of april. Spoke to another agent today to make sure everything is going to plan. I told them that im will be out on the 30th of april so my line must be cacelled becuase i wont be living on those oremises anymore. The woman i spoke to told me now that i will be billed for next month aswell, although i am moving. So now i have to pay for may month and i wont be using it. Ive been a customer for many years, **** service, i will cancell all my afrihost accounts due to this pathetic service from the useless agents.
