pathetic!!!!!

How do i give them 0 stars, because they deserve nothing, agents from afrihost gives you the same information or the wrong information with attitude, they not able to construct proper english sentences, let alone connect my internet up in the last two weeks. I have been getting the run around from afrihost which says that vumatel is the problem "please dont blame us blame vumtel" In have screenshots of whatsapp chats on the afrihost channel of how poor they are. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON with these companies are they not passionate about their services or customers. I even had a agent tell me that he is working at afrihost for 7 years and every single day he gets blamed and poorly rated because of vumatel and he told me how to rate him, soliciting ratings to look better statistically WHAT A SHAME! wheres the ownership afrihost, I chose you as a provider was this a bad decision ?
