PATHETIC!!!

If there was a zero rating that would have been it. I ordered fibre on 23 March. That is almost 4 weeks ago. They continually ask for the same things after I have already submitted it AND after I found out what the status was after I had to contact them. I have sent the SAME stuff now for SIX times. PATHETIC!!! Needless to say... I STILL am without fibre.
